The SPARC Kips Bay project is a once-in-a-generation investment in New York City’s life sciences and healthcare workforce. Led by NYCEDC and New York City’s Health + Hospitals, this visionary campus will bring together world-class education, healthcare, and research institutions to create a unified hub for innovation on Manhattan’s East Side. The project will also deliver significant community benefits, including new public high schools, improved public open space, and critical flood protection infrastructure along the East River waterfront.
